Meditation Techniques
Words of the awakened Master: If you want to be creative you have to risk all . A little creativity is more worthwhile than this whole world and its kingdom. The joy that comes by creating something new, whatsoever it is .....a small song , a small painting , anything . When you create something new you participate with the creator because God is the creator. When you create you are in tune with God. When you create really , God creates through you that is why great joy arises. When you repeat you repeat alone, God is not there. You are a desert ,you are a machine. When you create ,God simply enters your heart. Great song is possible You become a hallow bamboo and he starts playing on you and you become a flute. Everybody is carrying that song and unless that song is sung you will never feel fulfilled." CREATIVE WRITING Writing is the best Technique of meditation. First stage you throw out , write out everything in your mind ...just catharsis ...just throw away the garbage of all thoughts , feelings dumped into you, all negative or positive opinions given by others. Intensify your quest to know who you are ... your eternal self ! you have forgotten your spiritual self ! you have to put all your energy to remember yourself! You know yourself as the ego! Your existential self you know? Second stage ,When the mind is totally empty ....you are one with existence . You may forget but now you have a glimpse of your self .You have to search and seek , it is the path of absolute aloneness .The master can encourage and inspire you , you have to dig out all the mud of thoughts, conditions from the well of your mind, till you reach the pure water of love...blessings....to be the blessed one ! Third stage now the whole existence will write through you.Then the ordinary flowers of words become full of fragrance the mystic roses. You will live in such wonderland , the paradise . There is no paradise outside , it is inside .The existence celebrates , words will come bouncing and dancing as a garland of worship to the existence. ..from the depth of your being. Fourth point to note is that everyone cannot get absorbed in writing ...totally one with it , then you have to choose other techniques of meditation.. If you do not enjoy , you are half hearted , it is wastage of energy and time.If by writing you become more and more conscious aware alert and silence descends in you then this is the right one for you. Trusting his love you can open your heart , express yourself totally to the awaken master only. He knows his divinity .And he who knows the divinity knows the divinity in all.For the real love you have to be in tune with the real lover like Osho.His words,"Love knows no judgment ;it simply loves as you are.It is your question , it is your life.How to live it ?You can look at me :I have lived with thousands of people:I have never judged anybody." Even when love arise in the heart for him in remembrance of him what deep fulfillment it is to pour to him, to express to him! Perhaps you are not even fully conscious why the devotee sings the glory of the divine!The devotee becomes one with the cosmic consciousnesses of devotion. The quality of writting goes on changing the deeper depths of silence you reach. Whereever I lived in his commune in Poona , or in his commune,Tapoban in Nepal...I was writting for the commune ,letters or newsletters. But this website is the door to samadhi .It is written in prayer and worship remembering His Lotus Feet....one with the conciousness of all devotees.
